Told me they had availability for fulltime for my child, then go to the daycare for the tour and be told they only had 3 days a week, which was unhelpful. Could've just told me on the phone I wouldn't have wasted my lunch break travelling there.. If that was bad enough, they called every second day to see if I was still interested when I clearly told them after the tour that I would not need their service. Found another daycare that accommodated my children.
