Consistently friendly staff. Variety of packing options available in-store depending on what you need.Open a half day on Saturday which allows out of hours pick up which is better than the other PO near by which doesn't operate on weekends at all.

Not helpful. Told me I couldn't get a receipt for a Star Track parcel I wanted to leave there. He gave me a hard time about it. I knew that was nonsense so I took it to another Aust Post office and they gave me an electronic receipt.

Small post office. Only two customers can be in at a time due to covid. But the chap behind the counter is always pleasant enough.

Useless. They're closed on weekends, so if you work full time how are you supposed to collect your parcel? No phone number listed and Australia Post automated system hung up on me when I selected the option to speak with a consultant.
