Perth Advanced Cleaning

I would recommend people do not use this company, especially for bond cleaning and/or carpet cleaning. I used this company for my end of lease clean and I myself could have done a better job. For starters the cleaners were late. Secondly you couldn't even tell the carpets had been cleaned. Stains hadn't even been touched, there was clumps of hair everywhere on the carpets, fluff etc. I have done better jobs vacuuming. There was cupboards completely untouched with rubbish and dirt in them. The patios were absolutely filthy, one didn't even have the leaves swept up. There was grease left on the splash-back, range-hood and stove top. This cost me over $600 and they did such a bad job the owners wouldn't let me send them back to fix it and I had to take the cost of another cleaner of their choosing to get my bond back. The cleaners did offer to go back to the apartment at no extra cost but they should have offered a part refund at least when told them I couldn't get my bond back unless I paid for these other cleaners. I do not recommend.

Really positive experience! Arrived at my place and did a great job with all our carpets. Cleaned to beyond what we thought was possible and had great service! Would definitely use again.

Failed to remove stains from carpets, refused to do them again and had a terrible attitude. Said we should have selected a deep clean service, which we would have been happy to pay for if we were told this when he was cleaning but instead we lost some of our bond.

My partner and I purchased our first house which had carpets that were very dirty and quite old. We thought about changing them but our agent referred us to QPS cleaning. They did an amazing job. So glad we didn't change the carpets. Highly recommend to all

We have used QPS for our business cleaning for the past year and have never had a problem with them. We also used their services for an office vacate clean and my goodness I have never seen anything cleaner!

Very disappointed with the service provided. The carpet wasn't even touched along the edges of the hallway and high traffic areas werent given the care required. When i asked for them to be redone because they werent up to standard i was told that they would be. BUT I was given a runaround for a number of weeks the reclean was never done. Very disappointing, would never reccomend this provider.
