There was a problem with my delivery and even though this was the fault of the delivery company, Oz Coolers took responsibility and did their best to resolve. Bella and her manager were sympathetic and proactive. I haven't actually got my fridge (coming next week hopefully) yet but I can't fault Ozcoolers they went out of their way to help. This counts for a lot when buying online.

I purchased a benchtop freezer for my shop and Anthony the sales man helped me every step of the way and with his great knowledge on products I finally was able to make my purchase confidently and i am super glad to have chosen OzCoolers , they underpriced all the others company and the delivery was sooner than I expected, the delivery drivers brought the freezer into my shop rather than dropping it off at the curb and even helped me to put the pallet in my desired spot , they know what they are doing highly recommended

Terrible service ordered a commercial fridge - I bought from this company as I needed the fridge urgently and they promised I would get it within a few days - After 10 Days lots of broken promises and lies I finally go the fridge delivered which I found out that it was shipped from Nisbets ...... I didn't buy from Nisbets because they said it would be ten days buyer be-ware

Bought a polar 2 door upright freezer, the evaporator started leaking pretty much exactly when the warranty was up. The cost to repair is almost $2000 plus the cost of 2 initial call-outs and re-gassing, it looks like we will end up spending more repairing the freezer than we did to buy it brand new.I know polar are a budget brand but I think it's reasonable to expect a brand new commercial freezer to last more than 2 years before needing major costly repairs. And some leeway on the warranty would be the right thing to do, given the gas leak likely started within the 2 years warranty but was only detected just outside of it.Unfortunately Ozcoolers (and polar) do not stand by their products.
