I bought a bed from Cannington shop. Unfortunately received the item with incomplete parts, missing two drawers.Went back to the shop and met the staffs. they are useless, don't won't to help at all, even to fill a costumer concern/complain form they don't want to assist, they said they are busy. Really disappointed, never come back again.

If buying a sofa from here, don’t fall for their ‘care cover’ warranty as it’s a huge scam. We were told that if we purchased it, we would be entitled to free couch cleaning for 2 years no questions asked. Had the couch for 8 months, most of the duck feathers have come out of it, it’s sunken dramatically and when ringing to redeem cleaning, we get horrible customer service and have to jump through loops to organise it (still haven’t been able to organise it as they keep emailing back with 1000 questions instead of just getting it done and are clearly avoiding doing their actual job). We were told false information by the sales person and spent a few grand on a couch that simply doesn’t live up to quality. Disappointed would be an understatement.

We bought a mattress from this company. 14 days later they delivered the wrong mattress. We didn’t know until next day the store manager called to say they’ve made a mistake and if we want want our mattress it will take another 14 days. So we tried the one they sent, did not work . A week later asked for replacement and the store manager was rude and vulgar. As we insisted, they eventually made us pay another delivery and $180 for sanitization. The new mattress cane and was not in the original packing. It was obviously used. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Awful customer service and absolute pain to deal with. Save your dignity and don’t go there

hi peopleJust letting you know, before you purchase any items from Cannington Furniture Bizzare please read the terms and conditions as they have no return policy. I bought 2 tables and they refuse to give me a refund which left me very disappointed. Even when they agreed to return, they will take 20% off the original price but after I was told that they have no return policy.

Purchased a queen size bed frame ( Ludo ) online. Structurally it's excellent but assembling it was a little confusing as directions weren't easy to follow. Overall I am still very happy with it.

Waited weeks for a delivery then delivered the completely wrong bed, late Friday afternoon (after we took the whole day off work). Awful follow up customer service, no one had any authority to do anything in store, said they had to wait until Monday but never called me back. We had already given away our other bed in preparation. Am still waiting on a resolve. Subpar at best.
