I put three pairs of heels in for new tips, Metin also did a clean and polish for me. Picked up within a week and for a reasonable price, plus he is very friendly and always up for a laugh. Cars about his craft and I am very happy with my repaired shoes.

Took my shoes in to get both heels replaced, as well as for a shine and polish. Not only did they do an amazing job fixing the heels, he also replaced laces free of charge and made them look brand new. He also kept me updated throughout the process, sending me photos as he progressed with the task.Can't recommend highly enough! Did an amazing job and was very transparent with the pricing, explaining why the job cost as much as it did. Will be back for all future shoe repair needs - thanks mate!

Fabulous service, incredible repair, and a huge smile to greet you. My shoes and boots look like new and Metin even kindly added a fresh coating of waterproofer too. Very happy to recommend after first visit and will definitely be back!
