1 in the car wash and we were the fourth car waiting. Nothing express about this service. Nearly 45 mins from ticket purchase to completion. Not brushless either. Definitely won't be using Coles Express Car Wash again.

BE CAREFUL! The guy at register today, 30-Apr-2023, 7 PM, was extremely DISHONEST. He was trying his best to ensure that I don't get my flybuys activated offer benefits against fuel purchases. He even said yes, I have got the benefit. Later, he was even trying to say that I don't ask for the receipt, but thank GOD I did ask, and now it's evident that I didn't get a benefit. Writing this review so that other customers don't get cheated like I have been today.

What a poor customer service, never ask to scan flybuys card he think our points will add on our card from his pocket, fully negative attitude. I just went for car wash lady was good but guy was very rude. He ask me physical card, poor man lives in 19th century everything is going digital he still lives in paper/card based system, he starts argue with fully negative attitude as he will charge if he scan my digital flybuys. Please coles train him more.

Very poor service!!! Walked up there this morning as this place is very convenient for us... bought some essentials for breakfast.. and a bag, I placed one bottle of milk in it and the handle tore away ( clearly a faulty bag) when asked for another bag was told nothing he could do.... seriously... nothing at all? Our family spend around $300 a week in here fuel for two cars milk smokes and any convenience bits and pieces.... last dollar I spend in this store... not my first bad experience with this store (will be the last) like I said it’s convenient but not that much more than the Caltex or BP just down the road!!! Good riddance Coles express! Hope the 0.15c was worth the customer?

I've purchased a double ticket for carwash then used 1 and return 3 weeks later to use the last one. Code didn't work. Had to drive out of carwash and informed counter guy. He issued another one but he was too rude to even give any explanation or bother to say sorry for the time I've spent in the queue. Never use them again. I had to spend another 20 min in the queue.

very bad behavior by the male staff …went for help because fragrance function was not working in the coles car wash … comment form him was we are not responsible if you are not aware of how to use how to use the device …very rude behavior form coles express male staff

This gas station has poor service, overpriced items, a very dirty bathroom and long wait times just for the drive-thru car wash. One time we were waiting for 20 minutes in a 5-car line just to be told that the car wash was broken.
