So disappointed by Corestaff injury manager Marisa who made you fell like you are just a labour, nothing else. She doesn't care if you are OK or not, but only caring if when you can back to work. Didn't give one star because my agent is a very nice people.

PLEASE GUYS DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!!!!They offer me a job I’ve done my medical got my PPE on Tuesday and the agency assure me I was going to fly on Friday of the same week, I should’ve just expect an email from MRL with the induction and ticket on it. I didn’t receive anything so on Thursday ( the day before I was supposed to fly) I ask the agency if they knew something and they said they would’ve contact MRL for understand what’s was going on. The agency called me back saying that the lady who supposed to send me the induction was seek so everything has been delayed and for sure I was going to fly on the next Tuesday. I waited Tuesday but I received nothing so I called the agency back and they said probably on Friday I was going to fly ( BTW because of them I said no to another job cause I was sure I was going to fly on Friday.) I never heard from them again.Two weeks after, I was just curious to hear what they where saying, I text the agency and they said that the number of the shift available had changed and they where going to let me know when that was going to change. So guys what can I say? If you want to work don’t waste your time with them they are not reliable.

Completely unorganised and unprofessional, work on communication with employees.You'll be told you're on a 2:1 roaster, which is completely false. You'll be told you'll be going to a new site, when time comes no flight is booked, then they tell you the position has been filled. Absolutely appalled by the organisation

What a journey this has been for me first time fifo worker (chef) I dived straight into the deep end in this one and Chris Galliguez has been been absolutely amazing and very responsive to my emails every step of the way even when I was annoyed or annoying hahah. I am a very persistent person and like things done straight away to find we shared the same qualities he was always professional and quick in his responses. I would highly recommend chris especially for someone who would be a first time fifo worker. I could not thank you enough Chris for your amazing patience with me and your professionalism in your line of work you have given me the opportunity of a lifetime. Also want to thank Kyle the mobilisation officer (I think I may be wrong on this one) for being very professional in your line of work as well very quick and responsive too. Thank you to the corestaff company themselves for giving people the chance to prove themselves this needs to happen more. There is alot of talent that gets wasted these days 15yrs of patience and I have succeeded. Chris if I have anyone worthy that needs work I'll be sending them straight to you.

Started of good, then after several attempts with no valid reply, plus 2 conflicting statements via recruitment staff. I've given up a legitimate offer by another company to come to Corestaff then after a week I got ghosted. I highly recommend people do research before signing up, because after all that I was left with no income for a month. I'm a firm believer in KARMA" you will get yours not today or next week etc. But when it does it's hits like a train."

I had a completely discouraging experience with this team.Through a friend I was offered an employment opportunity with a company, and after meeting them and providing my resume they were extremely keen to get me onboard. I was informed that I needed to go through CoreStaff as it is the policy of the company’s managers over east in order to use Corestaff for the first three months of initial employment during the trial stage. The company is Perth based, and not FIFO.I completed all of the online forms, provided my qualifications and certificates, and passed the safety induction on the first attempt with no errors. My friend who recommended me told me that the two managers I saw in the interview with the prospective employer, told him that they couldn’t wait for me to start. I was thrilled at the prospect of starting this job, and what it meant to myself and my family.I received a call a few days later from CoreStaff informing me that I was unsuccessful, and from their perspective I had no recent experience in the field that I was being employed for - a store person.I have nearly fifteen years in that field, and hold certificates 1 through 3 in warehousing and distribution, a CCI certificate in workplace assessment, an IFAP health and safety representative, Chubb dangerous goods and firefighting, two different Australian Institute of Management Effective Supervision qualifications, a current forklift license, a white card, and a couple of others irrelevant to warehousing.Because I have been working self employed for nearly nine years, I don’t have any recent experience. It’s not like I have forgotten everything that I have learned in my years in warehousing, exactly the opposite.My friend who recommended me had been working for ten years in CCTV installations, applied for a job as a labourer with no experience in the company’s field, and got the job through CoreStaff - with no experience. The labourers at the company I was applying for a position with, are the people who are sharing the warehousing duties at the present moment - with no warehousing experience. I have the experience, yet I am not qualified in CoreStaff’s opinion to do the job that I have trained for, and spent a lot of money obtaining those qualifications.In my opinion, CoreStaff have no idea as to what they are doing. You can’t turn someone away from an employment opportunity without first making an appointment, or a phone call to discuss any issues that you may have with someone applying for a job. CoreStaff only contacted me to inform me that I was unsuccessful.It’s a disgraceful, and unprofessional thing to do with a person’s livelihood and future.

Literally the worst experience I have ever had through a job agency. Noone gets back to you, yet when you question their lack on replies you get attitude. They give you false information and clearly communication isn't amongst workers within the office. So unorganised, and their lack for further help is non existent. Took so long to get through the job process to only do one swing out on site, and because of the mandatory vaccination, I was advised I would not being able to do one more swing without proof of first dose even though it allowed perfect time to have been flown out and back into Perth before 1st of December. After been given so much false information, I gave up to be informed that another worker who would be doing the exact same swing as I could have been, is out on site unvaccinated and they're okay with that. Double standard and completely unfair!When owed money for an induction, it took over 3 weeks of emails and giving proof I attended with a certificate, that I finally got paid and taxed almost half of it. When emailed and questioned, surprise surprise no response! Chris & Kyle, I dealt with mostly and according to many others, they experienced the same service. More training needs to be provided or get better dedicated workers.
