Lady Bay Resort

The Lady Bay Resort team are incredible!We hosted a Planning Panel Hearing there for 4 weeks (main function room) and our staff and consultants stayed in the accommodation and dined at the delicious restaurant.The vibe of positivity from staff and the gorgeous view from the rooms struck me immediately on my earlier 'scoping' visit.The staff (Lydia and her team) were incredibly responsive to our every need, in the function/meeting/conference room, with our constantly changing accommodation needs; helping us find suppliers, equipment and so much more around Warrnambool.The team were all multi-tasking, covering each others roles at a moment's notice, so the support was seamless. We stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is excellent. The views form the balcolny fantastic. The room was neat and clean. Worth staying here.

I've had my eyebrows waxed here & eaten meals here as well. I was very happy with everything from all visits when I've attended things here & would happily return.

Perfect location even in winter. View of the ocean and waves from our room. The restaurant and bar were amazing. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my recent stay here. The team at reception were wonderful, friendly and helpful.Apartment was very spacious, facilities clean and easy to access/use. Rates were very reasonable too!Will definitely be returning.

Great place to have a function or just a meal some time. The latest was an birthday with the perfect location, Bar and food.. It's really not just the place, more about the employees that makes it so good. Accomodation and function room..

Our room was very spacious and the kitchen was well equipped to cook just about anything. Whilst it's location is excellent for tourists to walk everywhere, it is not a good location if you want to sleep. We had 5 nights of the same cars hooning all day and well into the early hours of the morning. Upon now reading older reviews dating back to December 2021, this is obviously a longstanding issue which has clearly not been resolved and it needs to be. The police should be issuing fines and impounding their cars!! Very disappointing and we would not stay there again.

A lovely meal was enjoyed by myself and my wife and daughter .just a little bit noisy for me but an enjoyable evening at the restaurant, we will return sometime soon ...

When we arrived we stood waiting at the reception desk for close to 10 minutes. There wasn't a bell to get attention but eventually someone from the restaurant came over to assist with check in.Our room was nice on first impression with a nice view out to the coast but despite best efforts to keep bugs out of the room they managed to get in from a window up near the roof which wasn't sealed properly.There were 'bug stains' on the fabric headboard alongside the lights and walls of where previous guests had encountered bugs too so we knew it was not just us having to deal with it.We didn't have breakfast and reception was shut for checkout so didn't have any more staff encounters.The town itself seemed lovely but we were only here for a night so didn't get a full feel for it.

Fine place with 3 stars. Don’t expect high end stuff. No room telephone to Call reception or call dining. But views are beautiful
