i broke the blue plastic clip on my blood pressure machine and requested a supplier in queensland who i could buy a replacement and wow this great company replied to me and sent me one with no charge this is amazing public relations and well done from a grateful customer . customer service award 100% many thanks wish more major companies really care like you
