Great service, especially from a gentleman named Gavin who came through twice for a TV install job. Gavin had exceptional customer service and was able to problem solve with the client about the install. The job was professional and neat. Would recommend him and the company again for any other installs!

Horrific over-quoting for an induction cooktop installation - $1625 for the electrician-component, when a local electrician did the work as per the quote for $525. Not sure what the extra $1100 was supposed to do. Then I booked the rest of the installation with them (gas cooktop disconnect, bench cutting, installation of the cooktop) for the 5th of the month, paid the remaining amount but it bounced back - they sent us the wrong account number in an email. Called again to sort that out and get the correct account number, only to be told that we're not booked in for installation on the 5th, they can't do the work until the 20th because the gas person is away. Huge scam and waste of time.

Excellent communication for delivery and installation of a new washer, and the removal of an old one.I was messaged with updates about the 2 hour delivery window in the morning and again when it changed because of delays later in the day. Traffic during peak hour crossing from the other side of the city, so totally understandable.The team on the truck rang half an hour before arrival to let me know they were on the way and turned up ready to go. Very professional but also personable and nothing was too hard for them to do.Took away the old unit before bringing in the already unpackaged new unit so everything was seamless and organised.They tested the machine after installing to check everything was working without issues. Demonstrated to me how to use the washer, answered any questions I had, then gave me the transit bolts, manual and warranty document before leaving.I was assured that if there were any problems that I could call the office and they would return to rectify it.Totally impressed and can highly recommend these guys for any similar work of this nature.

I had a washing machine delivered on Monday by Damian from winnning services and it was the best customer service I’ve ever had. Damian was so helpful and friendly, it made my day. The man helping him with the deliveries was very friendly as well but didn’t catch his name. Thank you so much to both of you. will definitely use this service again and recommend to everyone!

A shout out to the guys who delivered our new fridge this morning. Not only did they send us two messages advising the eta but they were courteous and most helpful. Top stuff keep it up.

Great experience all around, from organising delivery to product installation! The delivery crew texted and called prior to arrival. They unpacked and installed the product, provided detailed instructions, and even cleaned up afterwards (so no messy cardboard boxes or wrapping papers to deal with). Very glad they are the chosen courier!

Winning Services delivered my Washing Machine from Appliances Online.Besides other things, the two men from Winning Appliances spoke the entire time to a contractor present at the premises at the same time, instead of to me.This was the case even after me advising the men from Winning Services of the fact, and continued still, after being made aware by the carpet cleaner [the Contractor] himself that he was not their contact person.I do not recommend Winning Services.
