DTS Carpet Cleaning Services

I do not recommend DTS cleaning. Daniel seems very lovely however the service the company provided was not to RTA standards. They attended my property twice before my agent did the exit inspection as I had found multiple issues (marks on walls, dirty floors etc) with the property after the first clean. When agent attended there were over 100 photos of issues that needed to be rectified (carpets not clean, carpets smell, skirts dirty, fans dirty, tracks not clean, toilets not cleaned properly, corners of floors dirty, oven covered in cleaner etc). I sent the report and photos to Daniel to rectify, initially the cleaners did not turn up as agreed and once I arrived at 8pm the day before final inspection I was in a panic. Daniel agreed to have someone attend that evening. I arrived early the following morning to find majority of the issues not addressed. Daniel sent photos of approx 10 things that had been cleaned (out of 100+). I ended up cleaning it myself with 2 friends and took us 2.5 hours together. The carpets still needed to be re-cleaned by another company. Daniel refused to refund my payment as he claimed to have unlimited returns , this is not helpful when I have a time frame to have it complete and he had already attended 3 times. Once I had sent through the invoice for the 2nd cleaning of carpet Daniel finally agreed to pay half of the extra cost though I still ended up out of pocket the initial bond clean and half the extra carpet cleaning. The stress this put on me for over a week was enormous,leaving a rental property is stressful enough without a company adding to it by poor standards of service.

Would definitely recommend! Super nice guy, Daniel knew what he was doing & our carpets came out great :-) will certainly be using again next time we need carpet cleaning!! Thanks again!

We had DTS carpet cleaning services clean our carpet and the young carpet technician was very polite he advised us the posibility that our red wine stain may not come out however we were in luck as our stain was removed he also cleaned our rug and mattresses I am absolutely please with their quality of work and in such short notice 5 stars was well worked for. Thank you DTS! We will use your services again.
