Best vet experience by far.Managed to squeeze me in on the same day I called to do a check-up on my dog to make sure he was alright and in good health. The night before my little fluff-ball gave me a massive scare.Dr Mark looked over him and checked that everything was functioning correctly and how his health was. He was extremely kind and gentle. I have had past experiences when my concerns have been ignored or dismissed, but he listened and had genuine concern. He throughly checked out my dog, putting all my concerns at ease.Now everything turned out okay and that he was in perfect health, the only issue became his dental. But not only did he explain in-depth what might/or need to be done, but also me gave me a quote explaining all the different possibilities and prices on them.Absolutely recommend Dr Mark. First experience and will now be my go-to.

I have always loved how well the vets conduct themselves at PKVH. They are patient and accommodating to the needs of pets. Millie is young and anxious and PKV are happy to patiently work with her as she trains and works through handling and new places. I do recommend asking to book double appointments if you know your pet may take time as they'd recommend this to me for next time, was such a relief!

We had to have emergency care. The best vet to give us space and the uttermost care anyone could ask for. A picnic blanket and a last treat to spend an hour with our pet on the grass, then in their private room to spend time with all the family when losing your beloved pet. I want to thank all the staff who helped us care for our girl golden retriever when she had to be put down for the explanation of everything that was happening at the time. Your time and devotion on the day thankyou Mr Smith.
