Great collection of lamps. However they took advantage of our situation. We wanted to buy a matching ceiling light cover to replace a broken one. Found matching cover after searching for a while in here however they sold it to us for a more than twice the price as we could not find elsewhere.

Alan is very knowledgeable, helpful, and his range and prices are good as well. Nothing is too much trouble for him.

Purchased external LED security light to replace some cheap Artec products that lasted less than 2 years. Alan was very helpful advising what best suited my need.Been few month and very happy with the service and products.

Bought some replacement LED drivers for the old halogen lights on our track-lighting system at home. I got one new one that didn't work and one that flickered. I took them back and got them changed over with no argument. They ordered replacements in for me (I had bought their entire stock) and called when they arrived.It's not their fault if the product was faulty out of the box.As a result of this experience, I have bought more LED lamps from them. I will be advising my Daughter who runs a hair and beauty salon to replace her transformer and 35 watt dichroic MR16s with new transformers and 5 watt cool white LED lights in the work areas and warm white in the waiting room and staff area.I am really impressed with the lights and the service I got from Aussie Lamp World.

Alan is helpful and polite. His was the only lighting shop along Whitehorse rd in Nunnawading that was able to help and he did so very well. All the others suggested by Google missed the mark. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased 2 lamp shades from Allen the sales person. He was polite, efficient and very professional. The lamp shades were competitively priced and arrived quickly. I was very pleased with the level of service I received. I recommend them for obtaining any items which are a little tricky to source.

Been there about 6 times and spent a few $k on various projects and ad hoc stuff. May not be cheaper than bunnings but know I can go in tell them what I need and they will sort it out. Pretty knowledgeable about what is reliable and latest products available. Sometimes which Allan would stop talking :)
