Elise is amazing. The best treatment I’ve ever had, I never want my session to end! She is so knowledgable and always gets to the bottom of whatever is going on with my body. I love the combination of needling, massage and cupping. Strongly recommend her to anyone wanting a massage or specialised treatment.

Elise is excellent. I saw her this morning to help clear my lungs after a lingering chest infection. She applied a number of different strategies and has helped me feel immensely better - and after only one treatment. Highly recommend.

I can highly recommend Elise at Athletica. She has displayed excellent diagnosis and remedial procedures to fix up my knee, and for general back soreness due to being an office worker. Elise always explains the procedure, and how it will address my situation. Elise also provides follow up exercises to compliment the treatment.

Elise small is a great remedial masseuse, she’s knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the clients she is treating. Her holistic approach to health and well-being is something I hadn’t experienced before. As a carpenter and cyclist, Elise has been able to help me undo years of damage and teaches me how to take care of my body to make the most out of my days and training. I would recommend Elise to all my friends and family as I know there is no one else that would be able to help them like she can.
