Great coffee, Good food. A great place to just sit and relax in mornings!

What is wrong with the Yorke Peninsula? Take ‘Chill Out Café in Port Vincent as a prime example. This is not a place that people take any pride in. The backyard dining area borders on disgusting. Trash everywhere and plants that have never been tended to. As for the coffee and food- try two slices of at least two day old Banana bread warmed at best- with a watery coffee in a take away cup. Two coffees and two banana breads for $28.00. On the menu it says ‘Toasted Banana Bread buttered - $6.00. So that’s $12.00 bucks for that –so the coffees must be $16.00 for two. That’s a rip off. Add maximum dose of total disinterest from staff and you have summed it up. Whatever happened to taking pride in your food and service?

What a great place. Terrific staff great coffee and a most unusual layout for a cafe. If I lived there I would have coffee there every day

good coffee. but the staff are not great (owner is fine). been quite a few times and most times orders are not right. bought a bacon eggs with avocado smash add on and was one piece of toast with bacon and egg for $18. so by that measure probably darling harbour prices.

The man taking the orders at the entrance seemed unhappy as if he wished he was somewhere better. The young girl that brought out the food had her mask on but only covering her mouth (her nose was exposed). When I mentioned this to her she got rude and when I asked for salt and pepper she pointed to where it was and said something to the effect that I had two legs and arms so I could get them. I couldn’t believe what I heard and can only hope she was trying to be funny. Fail! The food and coffee was good but I don’t think I’ll go back.

Great service and yummy food! Friendly and funny staff. Catered to gluten-free ! Beautiful vibe in the garden!

$10 for a very small ham & cheese croissant. Never going to go to this wanky place again!

The Coffee here is genuinely awesome. Proper barista made.I definitely recommend popping in for your coffee ritual and sitting out the back garden area. Relaxed surf shack ,homely vibes.

I wouldn't go back here again. Walking in the place seems messy with a wheelie bin right inside the Cafe. I waited in line and when it was supposed to be my turn to be served, I was cut off by a local whose coffee order was clearly more important than mine. The service was average and when I was ordering my coffees the staff were saying some rude and awful things about another staff member in front of customers and swearing. I'm not sensitive but that is totally unacceptable and unprofessional. If you have an issue you pull that staff member aside and raise it in private. Blatantly disrespectful. And last but not least my coffees were served to me after another obviously local couple received their order first despite the fact they were 2 orders behind me in the line. This cafe clearly cares for locals first before tourists and even though the coffee was good, I'm not into giving businesses money when service is poor. It's a no from me.

Quaint little place run by a friendly chap who opens at 07.30 every day (so he told me) good coffee and a selection of muffins can also get breakfast there, courtyard area at rear protected from the wind, nice place to have a coffee
