Mindfulness in Movement
The personalised, graduated program Susanne designed for my back and hip problems saved me. I've got less pain, more movement and am continuing to improve. Her support, friendly personality and above-and-beyond care is amazing. Highly recommend.

Mindfulness in Movement
Mindfulness in Movement has been a wonderful experience. Susanne is an incredibly warm, understanding and empathetic physiologist. She is exceptionally in tune with movement and breathing something I didn't do well but through her guidance was able to do which significantly improved my ability to perform exercises correctly ultimately getting me back into condition despite my physical limitations Thank you Suz!

I have had a wonderful experience with Mindfulness in Movement from the beginning. Erica is a fantastic Exercise Physiologist. She really listens to what you are saying, what you want to work on and set out exercises exactly according to my wants and needs as well as my capabilities, slowly increasing when you are ready. Both Susanne and Erica are extremely professional, punctual, gentle and very caring. Mindfulness in Movement
There's a few aspects that made Mindfulness in Movement practice that stood out from other practices I've done in the past. Susanne is a knowledgeable, personable and professional practitioner.Her knowledge and understanding of the practice as a whole was very valuable and, for me, being taught how the teachings can be taken from the actual physical session into the day to day was really effective. I found myself quite often drawing on things Susanne had said during session in different, sometimes challenging daily experiences.The sessions were always perfectly tailored to how I was feeling physically, emotionally and spiritually at the time and I always felt safe and respected expressing how I felt, I always felt comfortable and heard.And without fail I would feel so much better after a session than I did before I walked in.Highly recommended from me.

Mindfulness in Movement
Susanne from Mindfulness in Movement is a genius. I wasn't sure what to expect on my first visit. I have been in so much back pain for so long I didn't think it possible to find pain relief and movement again. I highly recommend Susanne. She is so knowledgeable, but also considerate, patient & easy to get along with. Her passion for helping people and her profession is obvious.

Mindfulness in Movement
I am so grateful for my exercise physiology sessions with Susanne. She has been working with me on my journey to recovery for 6 months now, and she has made a huge impact on my wellbeing, my confidence and my mental health.Susanne is great at getting the best out of me on days when I'm feeling flat. She works with my mood and I often feel amazed at how well Susanne can leave me feeling so much more improved in my mood and energy by the end of our session.For someone who use to loath exercise, I've found a lot of joy and happiness in my sessions with Susanne, she makes our sessions fun and enjoyable.

Susanne is fantastic - she's lovely and she really knows her stuff! She tailors every session to my needs and constantly mixes things up which keeps it interesting. Each session is different and enjoyable and I'm seeing really good results. I highly recommend her!!

Mindfulness in Movement
I was very impressed with Susanne's ability to bring relief to a long standing health condition. And, being able to exercise in my home using equipment I already had was a bonus. She is highly skilled with extensive knowledge about exercise rehabilitation, with her changing programs targeted to increase my muscle strength, stabilize my core, and improve flexibility and mobilization. After 2 frozen shoulders, I was able to have my first swim in two years!Susanne has a fundamental belief in the ability of individuals to overcome adversity and achieve results. She was compassionate and patient with the ups and downs of my health setbacks but encouraged me to persist to a level that was I could manage. If you are desiring to begin an exercise program that you think might not be possible, Susanne is well positioned to bring your wellness program to fruition.
