OUR DEALINGS WITH HIGHLIGHT CONSULTING PTY LTD ENDED IN GOSFORD LOCAL COURT!Highlight Consulting Pty Ltd charged over $7000 to submit an S96 application to Council to modify a shade sail. Highlight Consulting P/L submitted the application with the WRONG DA # and Council would not accept it. Helen Monks (Director) refused to correct the error and resubmit. We lodged a claim with Gosford Local Court...judgment was found in our favour and Highlight Consulting P/L was ordered to pay within 28 days.Highlight Consulting Pty Ltd did not pay within 28 Days and we commenced Garnishee action January 2013
