Do not buy a Davey pump. Lasted just over a year, being under warranty we lodged a claim. We heard nothing and had to buy a new pool pump as we received no response. They have not called once I have had to chase them up for 9 weeks only to be told they have sent a replacement pump over a week ago to where I purchased the first one from without even communicating this. I don’t need a replacement as I already purchased the same pump (biggest regret) as I could not have a pool without a pump for 9 weeks. I can’t say this enough DO NOT PURCHASE DAVEY products worse service ever and the products don’t last

Bought a brand new pump. The first day out of the box it didn’t work. The plumber took it back to the Davey distributer who said there was a manufacturer fault and the power board was not connected. They fiddled with it and got it to work. The pump was installed but the next issue is that it was constantly on. Problem we paid for latest technology that is a pump with a pressure system that should turn off once water is not needed. This was not happening. The Davey authorised service agent said they would ask for a new circuit board to fix that problem. Heard nothing for 4 weeks. Chased them and the agent came out relaced parts, no difference constant on. the pump really stuggled to prime. multiple goes. The agent said he tried to bench test the pump had issues was trying to get an answer form Davey but could not get support. If you want this level of reliability and service from a brand new $2100 pump then buy a Davey pump.

Would like to thank Jon, the northern suburbs Davey rep for providing service above and beyond. Had a problem recently and he was super helpful getting the pump in for repair and arranging a very good price for the repair. I will continue to use these pumps with great support like this.

Had a warranty claim on a pump. Communication was top notch. Had Nigel come out and not even within 1/2 hour had the job done!! Also assisted with an old pump too with a replacement capacitor. Great service!

Jaques went WAY over what a normal customer would expect!Not only did he repair my heater tube for my spa the same day, but dropped it off to me after hours too!I will DEFO be using Davey Water Products again! Thanks to the excellent team at Davey who went out of their way to help me with my pool pump issue today. In particular Sky on the customer service team was brilliant. It is so refreshing to experience a company that values its customers so highly. If you are buying a pump do not go anywhere else as the customer service is world class and in line with their excellent product. Thanks guys.

I have a Davey automatic pool chlorinator, installed in early November. It has not worked properly since then. It has to be manually fed. Davey are totally disinterested. Appalling communication. I haveasked the pool shop to remove it and get one of competitors products which are known work . I can understand teething problems, but this total disinterest in their products and customers gets up my noseSince posting this, I have been contacted by Davey and they have, very efficiently and well, corrected my problem. Jacques and his men in Bibra Lake, have reacted promptly and positively. Thank you.

Would never deal with Davey Commercial again, Placed an order with Reece Myaree over 4 weeks ago and got told by the sales rep Sachin it would be 3 days. We are still waiting 4 weeks later and Sachin isn't taking any responsibility. He has continuously lied about the where about and delivery time.

Have been in the pool industry for over thirty years and have never come across a BETTER company anywhere! Dennis you are polite, professional and your product knowledge is second to none. I cant rate you any higher and all my business will be now put across to yourself.

Absolutely poor service and attitude, our spa blower was repaired under warranty and lasted for 1 use and has blown again. After calling the default number no one in Perth was answering so an email was sent internal via lady who answered in Sydney for Perth store to contact me. A day later still nothing so I called and managed to get Perth store where I was told they received no email. After discussing the issue is still present, they stated they will replace the faulty unit. 4 weeks later still nothing and now they blaming shipping delays from Melbourne and the lady was rude on the phone and said well it has taken me 4 months to get curtains from east when I was told 4 weeks.I spoke to head office who said they have the stock showing in Perth and will investigate. If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never buy a Davey product again. Poor service with even poorer attitude from the Perth store.
