I was delighted with the knowledge, friendliness and professionalism of the team. I ordered a customised MacMini and it arrived a lot faster than I expected. I’m loving my new setup and I was very happy with the price. My partner has used My Mac Hobart for a while now and I’m confident any after sales if needed will run smoothly. Highly recommended!

All of the staff were so patient, kind and informative. I broke my iPhone 12 screen and they were able to fix it on the same day. No photos or anything lost on my phone. My phone works perfectly fine now. Juan, especially, was amazing! He is so lovely and knowledgeable! Awesome team. Cannot fault the place.

James was super kind, helpful and very professional with me. He helped me on various occasions with super attention- buying IPad-9 n watch series 7 and the service was fast and perfect. 100% recommendable. This shop for Apple users is absoluty a gem.

I went to My MAC to upgrade my aging phone. I was really impressed by the quality of service, particularly as I had all its accrued information, which is precious to me, transferred from my old phone to the new. It was done expertly and efficiently. I was very impressed.

Can barely give a one star went in today to buy an Apple Watch with my husband as it is his birthday only people in the shop staff member was ok to start answered question ok then decided to buy watch another person came into shop she wandered around whilst we were talking the staff member then went on to computer re stock then just turned around to the other customer with talking to us went over to assist her, then came back no apology went back on computer turned to us and said sorry not in stock did we want to order it on line. Now this is the new iPhone 8 NON IN STOCK in the Apple shop, so we left and brought the same watch at JB HIFI and had excellent customer service.

The team at My Mac Hobart are very patient and supportive. They take the time to inform you of all the considerations for your service or repair, including potential costs for multiple scenarios or outcomes. They are very knowledgable and their service is super efficient.

The key board and touch of my MacBook didn’t work due to water damage. I sent it here two days later. Juan had a diagnose, dried the parts and changed a cable complimentary. Everything works again. Efficient!

I never leave reviews for anything, ever. The charging ports on my macbook failed while I had deadlines for university, these guys got a part in from Melbourne overnight and had my laptop back to me just over 24 hours after I took it in, they were absolute legends about everything, special shout to James K, thank you!
