Great customer service, pity there is no option for hot&spicy chicken at this store. Our sauce order was wrong, but at least we were given one. Not a huge deal, seems to be an issue with 98% of KFC not giving sauce when listed.

Served by Lucas who did a great job. Really took care of me with the chips and chicken was fresh, although a few items short but didn’t affect me. Can’t complain and very full after the meal!

We ordered food from here because they were the only place that delivered at that time of night, and I've got to say its probably the best chicken I've ever had, absolutely best KFC experience I've had, thumbs up

The tables were all dirty when we tried to sit down. The floor was filthy too. We were so not impressed. The food was good but tiny serving sizes.

Was served today drive thru, got a go bucket that literally had 6 chips and 5 popcorn chicken, as most had fallen on the floor I seen thru the window. When questioned about it I was abused, yelled at and container bucket thrown. I ask to speak to the manager and surprise surprise she was the manager, caitlyn.The rudest store i have been to and not the first time there customer service has been disgraceful like this. Shame there's untrained kids managing these stores, and have no care whatsoever.

Important Notice to All".... ring before you just go to Portland KFC. They always run out of chicken and you will be stuck in 'Drive-Thru'.Management needs to get there act together.Also if deciding to dine in

Absolutely awful!!! Everytime i get an original recipe burger, the chicken is super dry, overcooked and bun almost rock hard. Chips are always over salted too. Just the worst takeout ever! If i could give zero stars i would! This store needs some serious changes or even better, just close it completely as it's just dreadful!!! Tonight was the last time i will ever have food from there.

There was a large group of us that came in for lunch 4 families. After we all ordered, the last families order was somehow lost. With my order the team forgot cutlery and napkins. Seemed like too many people ordering at the exact same time didn't help, otherwise it was alright.
