Joseph came to my rescue in the evening after 8pm when my toilets suddenly stopped flushing. He missed my call when I first called but he called me back. He even wanted to direct me over the phone to help with my issue to save the call out fee charged for after hours work. However, when I went to water tank as directed by him, I realised that the pipe had burst and was spraying water continuously at the top of the water tank.Joseph advised me to turn off the mains and made his way to my place. He inspected my water tank and was aghast at the way the pump that leads to the toilet flushes had been installed. He fixed the leaking pipe and I am calling him back for a more permanent solution.Joseph was patient and explained the process clearly. We felt bad for calling him out from his wife’s birthday party to attend to our emergency after hours.

Seth is a really helpful, genuine tradie. He gave my parents a lot of assistance setting up their new home, which was quite rundown. They didn't have many tools so he helped out with lots of other random things that weren't strictly plumbing just to help them as they were pensioners. I also found him very diligent and he took the time to explain issues and suggest solutions. He always communicated his arrival times or any delays. He is an honest bloke and we can't recommend him highly enough.
