I cannot recommend Vetcare2U highly enough. This week I had to make the very difficult decision to farewell my beloved cat of 9 years as she was extremely unwell. Dr Astrid was absolutely amazing and the compassion, empathy and care she showed not only for my cat but for myself and my son was just wonderful. Thanks to Dr Astrid Muffin was treated with dignity and wonderful care so that she was able to slip away peacefully in my arms. Also Mark and Lisa were amazing as well. I have just used VETCARE2U, a mobile vet. I was able to get an appointment within a day, excellent service.Dr Esther came to see us, she was professional, caring and an amazing vet and was happy to give me a prescription (for a small fee) for my dog’s meds enabling me to purchase online for half the price from my usual vet. I loved that she sat down on the floor at my little dog’s level. My dog has anxiety and this alleviated some of the stress involved in vet visits. I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Absolutely amazing service! First time I had tried a home service vet and it completely removed Diesels anxiety. Sarah made him feel very comfortable and prescribed him the right medication to help with his pain. I recieved a follow up call from Mark which was the first time i have recieved a follow up call from any vet. Now Diesel has a new lease on life and is able to walk again.These guys actually care about your animal and your fur baby is not just another dollar sign.Diesel and I are very grateful and will be using the service again.

I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Mark and Dr Esther. From the moment I rang Dr Mark about the euthanasia of my 17 year old cat that had rapidly declined in health, I knew I had contacted the right place. The care, compassion, organisation and thoughtfulness was amazing. Dr Esther met Mia and let me have the time I needed with her as she walked me through the process. The collection of Mia was timed perfectly for the other animals to say goodbye and to have everything taken care of with only 1 phone call in an already stressful and sad situation was fantastic. Thankyou Mark and Esther for everything, you truly are amazing and care so much about your clients and their pets.

Dr Esther had just the right mix of compassion and practicality when performing the euthanasia on my dear old dog Saffie. So pleased it could be done in the privacy of my home, and Saffie was happy till the end. Esther and Mark went above and beyond with other arrangements for Saffie, so I can't recommend them highly enough. Excellent service!

Would highly recommended them when i called them in the morning they sent Dr Sarah to our home yesterday to euthanize my sister's fur baby Dr Sarah is such a kind and understanding person very compassionate can't thank you enough for coming

Love this vet service, my dog is a very nervous car traveller so to have a vet visit at home is a relaxed experience. Dr Esther came last year when I needed her help with my very senior dog so I didn't hesitate to call again when I needed a routine health check, vaccination and advice for my younger 12 year old dog.
