Placed an order online and packaged arrived super fast along with some samples and everything packed well for shipping. Super happy and will order again soon.

Received my first order from them today and was very disappointed. First of all, shipping was very slow and I had to message them if they had shipped my order before they finally posted it. Second of all, I bought a very expensive fragrance only to be thrown into a huge box that was meant for a Sheisido beauty box and so the unwrapped fragrance was swimming around inside this extra large box carelessly! Also, I was very surprised that there was not a single sample with purchase in sight. Now I’m not hungry for a sample or two but they do advertise that they send samples with orders on their website which they did not. And as for a ‘luxury’ perfume store that they claim to be you would think they would carefully pack packages for their customers and perhaps fulfil their claim of giving out a free something with the order, it just makes the customer happy and they’re not paying for these samples either, that’s their purpose, to give to customers with orders to build up a good reputation and to get them to purchase something else next time! I will not be purchasing from them again unfortunately, why would I when I can buy the same $500+ fragrance from somewhere else that will be properly pack it for me and not treat it like it’s something worthless and will come with 10 free niche samples!

Amazing !! Extremely helpful. Awesome prices! They don’t mess around with shipping I have got 4 frags of them in the past 2 weeks and all have shown up with a day or 2. Wanted to change one of my orders so I sent them a message. With 20mins the order was changed to the one I wanted and shipped hahah so good. Thank you team such a busy time of the year and still flawless. 10/10
