They never have shoes my size. Because my feet are smaller than usual, often I will have to purchase shoes from the female section.I just want shoes that are my size.

Tried to exchange an item that I got for a present so I didn't have the receipt. Was just looking to swap for a similar one, different colour. The assistant was happy to exchange but only if I paid the difference between to lowest price they had ever sold that item for and the current price. I wasn't after any sort of refund just a straight swap. But no. No. No. It's company policy. She said. She was the manager and there was nothing she could do, even in the interests of good customer service. I was about to spend $30 on something else. So they lost to $30 sale for being so stupid.

I have ordered 5 times. All but one were cancelled by Rivers, citing no stock, after waiting 2 months. 3 of the items were back on shelf the next day at full price. I won't shop there again.. Rip offs

Regional managers need arses kicked.Not enough staff, although obliging & helpful, but don't have time to unpack boxes of stock to find & sell me what I need.

Rivers Forest Hill chase is running by a very abusive elderly lady. She keeps the shop closed for two hours for lunch. Yesterday, she didn't allow anyone enter the shop for four hours. Then, I went to Ringwood store for shopping. Today, Sunday. Same lady is not allowing anyone to enter shop after 4 pm. If you don't want to waste time avoid the outlet in Forest Hill chase.

Website says open until 5:30pm. I am here at 4:40pm and the lady says the store is closed even when she is there. They clearly don't want your business.

Rivers itself has pretty decent quality clothes and shoes that are great buys when the sales are on.The forest hill store is reasonably sized but not as large as some of the standalone stores outside shopping centres.The layout isn't great though. There are only two narrow passages to the back of the store and one of them is past the cash register in the middle of the store which is often blocked.

Nice staff but tje poor lady was on her own so she was run off her feet, however she helped me and i bought 2 pairs shoes. Nice shop but the size 8's are still like size 12, I would buy more if the sizes were true. Rivers why not consider re thinking how you buy, as i know I'm not the only size 8.

Usually get god deals on comfortable warm casual shoes. The coats and vests are good on special. Most clothing is good quality and warm and comfortable and lasts a long time. Worth checking out if u r feeling the cold. 290523.
