Told me twice saying they where able to dispense a script. They needed to speak to my doctor. My doctor called and explained the situation. Called and said it was ok for me to pick up the script now.Upon arriving the second time, was told they could not dispense the script as I was not supposed to take both medications at the same time.Mario said he was only trying to do his job. My doctor is also trying to do his and this has been a frustrating experience.Thank you for wasting my time and impacting my health in a negative manner.

I spoke to an employee named Sophia. She was so helpful and demonstrated such great customer service skills. Will definitely be back, she knew just about every product I was after!

I have been into this pharmacy to make purchases a few times and always found them to be extremely efficient and polite. However today was the exception. I went into a buy the generic version of Ventolin which I have been using for ten years and always buy over the counter at the dispensary. It is schedule 3.This medicine was verified as being available on PBS from September 1, 2022, but you do not require a script for it. I asked for a price on it and said I would actually take two as I do not go out to shop very often. The woman who served me was not very well informed and she went to speak to the pharmacist who wanted all my personal details just buy it and also wanted to record me on their system. Why? I have now lodged a complaint with the Pharmacy Council due to the manner in which I was treated and incorrect information being provided. I had no issue with buying two from another pharmacy

Very poor communication. Disrespectful staff. Worst customer service ever!I was hugely disappointed by the treatment we got from the staff at this pharmacy today. I had made a phone inquiry earlier in the week about my baby and my own ears piercing, had a chat about the cost and everything over the phone with a friendly staff and fixed the date and time for the procedure. But when I went there for the piercing today, I was flatly turned away saying they don’t have enough staff. The pharmacy wasn’t busy at all. There were hardly 2-3 customers besides us and there were at least 4 staff members seen in the uniform. The young lady who presented to be the responsible person was very rude, irresponsible and cold. The way she spoke to us was not respectful at all. She didn’t make any apologies for wasting my time and showed no respect.My friend had taken a day off today to accompany me for this procedure since it is about the baby. What a waste of time and money!I’m never returning to this place again and never recommend to anyone.

This is the best Pharmacy , the customer service to Pharmacists work here , give the best service out of this planet. I had my booster jab yesterday here and no sore arm at all. Everyone I have spoken to warn me of sore arm.Pharmacist Malak knew exactly what she was doing. Thank you for excellent professional service you provide and keep it up.

Very impressed with this recently refurbished pharmacy in the middle of the Chullora Shopping Centre.The store is always immaculate.I attended for my Moderna Booster Vaccine. The booking system was easy to navigate. The pharmacist was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions.Highly recommended.

My child had a medical emergency & the staff went out of there way to help. Phuong & team just jumped in and are always customer focussed, even remembering our names. A great pharmacy with knowledgeable friendly staff!

I love walking into Barone Chullora, it’s literally a one stop shop for all my vitamins, medication & beauty products. The staff are so helpful and courteous.

Service is so slow and also very dry. I wait at the counter they see me and serve others or continue about their business. A little yes ill be with upu on a sec would be nice. Then theu don't tell you how long till your prescription will be ready so you wait there for 15 min only for them to tell you to come back .. I return after a while and the have to wait again to be served. Absolutely a joke. And nobody smiles.
