This morning I purchased 2 suitcases after considering all options carefully in store during a 1hr and 6 min visit. I was assisted by Penny whose knowledge and understanding of luggage was phenomenal. She was simply incredible and the “search engine” for all travellers. Her passion and respect for all brands and designs was respectful and professional and she was committed to ensuring that I was more than satisfied with my choice. Her level of service exceeded all expectations. This has been my first visit to this Pera and it was simply amazing.

Would not buy from here, had a terrible experience. Walked in and was not greeted, I had to ask for help after 5 minutes of being in the store and was barely assisted as the lady needed to leave. On another occasion I had another visit and the staff were completely rude, obnoxious and unhelpful.
