Cooby View Farm Stay

Cannot thank Julie enough. What a beautiful relaxing weekend retreat!! LOVED the horse-riding and the expert advice and being able to help feed the animals on the farm!! We have booked again for a family holiday next time. The house was lovely, clean and spacious with lots of rooms and so much space to chill and catch up and have a swim.

Thanks so much to Julie and her beautiful location for playing such a wonderful part in our special wedding weekend.This space is perfect for a couples getaway, a family get together, or a space to get ready at for a wedding at cooby reflections.Our photographers loved this location and so did my groomsmen.Julie was super helpful and friendly and the space was worth every cent.

I absolutely loved my stay here, what a hidden gem!! Julie was just lovely and I instantly felt at ease. The home is beautiful and in exceptional condition, with stunning views and everything you need on hand. There is an inviting pool for the warmer months and a welcoming fireplace inside an fire pit outside in the cooler weather. The animal interactions were brilliant and equine therapy is a wonderful service provided by Julie, in a truly atmosphere and environment. Had a wonderful time here on the weekend. Was so peaceful and relaxing. Julie was so friendly and helpful. Julie did horse riding with us, introduced us to the animals and let us help feed them. Was a great escape from the city, I highly recommend it.

Stayed here last night, absolutely stunning property. Pool and spa with a natural view, outdoor setting to die for, wild koalas in the trees, horses walking around, sheep to hang out with, roos bouncing around, peacefulness, quiet sleep, all the amenities you could ask for, bbq with a view and so on and so on. Honestly all the other farm stay, hotels and b&b's in the area must find it hard to compete. I'd be staying there permanently if it were an option.Thank you Julie for making my partner, doggos and myself feel at home on your peice of paradise.

This place is absolutely AMAZING! Julie is a wonderful host; thoughtful, easy communication, takes pride in the property and animals, patient, and great with children.The house is a lovely country home, with all amenities you could possibly need - full kitchen facilities, multiple TV's, barbecue and full laundry. The location is perfect, total privacy, and being in the country, there was absolute silence and serenity, with the freedom for our children to play.There are plenty of things to do, we stayed for over a week. There were kangaroos at dawn and dusk, a trip to the Oakey air museum (approx 30 mins), beautiful lookouts (approx 20 mins), Toowoomba (approx 30 mins) and shops/coffee shops (approx 10 mins).We enjoyed twice daily swims in the private pool, which is huge and all to ourselves - such a great facility for kids and adults alike.Being a farmstay, the animals were also an absolute highlight. Julie welcomed us to feed and pat the animals (sheep, cows, chickens and horses) twice daily, and was super flexible to for us to do this as much or as little as we liked depending on our schedule. There's also gorgeous Buster the horse, who loves carrots anytime of day.Our three year old son also had a horse experience with Warrior, and he absolutely loved it. Julie made him feel very comfortable, spoke about the animal and took him around the yard. It was such a wonderful opportunity for him to get up close and personal.I highly recommend Cooby View!

This should be on everyones to do list. The best farm stay in QLD. Just 25mins from Toowoomba CBD,it's easy to get to and find, the only problem is once your here,leaving is hard. I stayed with my 3yr old son,and Julie was amazing,paitent and kind as she taught him what the animals get feed,who all the horses where and allowed him to be a 'mini farm hand' getting the food ready and feeding all the animals. We never felt rushed, it took as long as it took and Julie explained everything and answered a million questions along the way.Getting to ride Warrior was simply amazing and the smile on my sons face said it all.Best holiday ever my son has declared.The house is huge,with three tv's,massive bath,bunk beds and everything you could ever need. An added bonus is the wood fire which thankfully Julie started for us. The beds are so warm-we stayed in winter and for the first time since moving to Toowoomba we didnt feel the cold.There is a huge pool, which due to winter we didnt use, an sensational outdoor area and a bbq. Well done Julie this place is a slice of heaven and thank you for making us feel part of the family.We made memories that will last us a lifetime.Evita and Marsden.

We had a very pleasant stay at Cooby View Farm Stay. Everything was perfect. The house was sparkling clean, the host very accommodating and the whole place was amazing. I could not recommend this place more to all the animal lovers. The experiences of getting to know the animals on the farm are absolutely unique.
