I have required multiple technical service requests to be resolved remotely by Smile IT from connecting multiple monitor displays, printer settings and other miscellaneous trouble shooting issues. Smile IT staff are always prompt, friendly and resolve my issues professionally. I don't have to worry about any IT issues I may encounter as I know have the support of the Smile IT team whenever I run into problems, this is very reassuring for me!

Working online and with websites I've experienced a lot of IT companies and my experience with Smile IT's Technical Team Leader David over the past couple of days has by far been the best experience I have had in 5-6 years. Also the staff who answered my calls and followed up did so way quicker than I had expected and with positive bubbly attitudes. I did actually feel like my Smile" was important to this company.
