Clean laundromat. New machines. Friendly owners

The place was filthy, the smaller machines rubber seals all covered with with mould and smelt. I used the big washer which seemed ok, until I noticed all the fur on the floor near it, people obviously wash their pet items in the big ones. I wish I had gone somewhere else to wash my doona!

Never used a laundromat before because I always questioned the cleanliness, i had no choice today due to issues with my home washing machine. I had to use the two bigger machines at the back as the smaller ones were taken. I was quite surprised as they seemed pretty clean until I went home to hang them. One load (#5) had every single item of clothing covered in dog/cat fur. Very disappointed and disgusted as I have two very young children whose clothes were amongst those covered and i have spent the last few hours trying to remove this fur that seems impossible and very frustrating. I know you have signs up but doesn’t look like people are following the rules, maybe you need to do find other way. Definitely will not be going to another laundromat again.
