Been here several times. Staff are always extremely lovely. Have had several occasions of ordering takeaway meals/coffees and receiving something I didn’t order or drinks made incorrectly.

I've been a customer of JJ's at Longford and Launceston stores and have no problem with those outlets. The Mowbray store is another matter. I've seen just-average service since they opened and that has declined since. Orders are mixed up, given to other customers or just forgotten. If you are after a good coffee try the Newsagent on the main road and there is another bakery In the Marketplace complex to try.

Few weeks ago my husband and I ordered latte's ended up with a cup of foam.. We asked for remake the ladies just poured old drink into new cup. So we stopped having coffees, continued enjoying your food until just a few weeks ago when we went to your new shop in mowbray., how rude to kick out our family wich includes a 10 month baby, just set up a high chair was just about to feed baby. Poor thing was crying for food. We will no longer be customers.

Really good Mocha's, I recommend. Pies in the hot case are good too. Not had a great experience with the sandwiches though

I recently bought 30 drinks for a work function nearby the cafe. The staff were really friendly and the drinks were made quickly. A staff member even helped me carry them back to where we had the work function. Excellent service, very friendly and super happy with my experience.

Have changed my review from 4 months ago from 1 star and unfriendly staff to 5 stars - friendly staff good food and coffee.Have been back twice again now. Once as was in area was hesitant after first visit but now will come back - have redeemed themselves. Pays to give second chances.Well done JJs bakery.
