We had to drive from Port Macquarie to taree for them to carry out work on my wifes car. As they are the only repairer close by that is certified to install interlocks. Showed up for an appointment that was booked two weeks in advance. They had made a mistake in the booking and made the booking for a check of the system(when we explained that it needs to be installed) we show up last week and they didnt have enough time to install it- mind you, i took the kids out of school and prepared for the 3hr appointment. We were rebooked by gary who's attitude needs help! We return a week later, I inform them, that the kids will be at school and I need to leave by 1pm, I then rang up on the monday and spoke to trevor (who installs the systems) I told him, if we keep this 3hr appointment, I would need to leave taree at 1pm at the latest and that the relevant paperwork would need to be completed before that. He laughed and said not a drama mate, thats too easy!! Instead of rebooking me on a day that he could keep his promise. He keeps the same booking and at 1:30pm when im meant to be well on my way. Im getting excuses like some things take time.. not once was I informed there was a dely. I also had to keep asking how much longer. Not only was I lied to, but the attitude of the staff there about the inconviences we have dealt with was a absolute joke!!! I have been in the automotive industry in regards to customer service... I will follow this up with a email to the company directly cause what they think is a joke, isnt!! I was late to pick up my kids from school because of them, which I do understand issues arise, but for no customer communication... thats beyond a joke.. I would negative star if it was available!!

Unimpressed, was charged for diagnosis of issue that I was aware of...the reason the car was booked in ?Left with nothing fixed ?? Billed $154Called to speak to boss re issue - not there and told he wouldn't call me back i would have to chase him..Unimpressed

Rip me 81year old father off who had been working in the tracking industry all his life in to buying a brand new starter motor when they said they tested the old one and said it didn't work. Funny enough Dad wanted the old one back. Lucky he did as he took it in to another company but in Port Macquarie they tested and nothing wrong with the starter motor at all. Dad went to return it for a refund and now they won't refund him so they just bluntly ripped him off.

Ian was very helpful and friendly. He followed up my inquiry promptly. I would recommend his service to all.

None of the work was done to satisfactionWould not recommend them at all.

Have dealt with them quite often and they have always been great always been pleasant and friendly and bent over backwards to help me would recommend them to anyone without hesitation

Kevin, was able to track down our problem, using the diagnostic machine. He than checked the Wearhouse to see if part was available. Ordered for O/night delivery. We are now having the air sensor put in.We found Kevin to be very diligent in his approach & work ethics

The roughest installation of an external Anderson plug on rear of car they tell me they never heard of a spring cover the building looks impressive shame about the workmanship. Plus very expensive charged me $350.00 for a terrible job
