Incompetent service. Prescription never sent to the chemist. Endless phone calls and still not sent. Very disappointing.

I booked an appointment with doctor through 13cure. The appointment was over the phone and I was advised to get my medication at the local chemist. Since 11.30am until 9.00pm for 3 times I went to the chemist to get my medication. There was nothing there. Kept me waiting for a day without medication. While I paid for the appointment. Tried to call them, but no answer. So frustrating. Even did not accept for refund while I still have to book another appointment with my GP for another day. Looks ridiculous
