I was looking for some exercise class other than the gym and I found Align Studios where I have joined for Pilates & Yoga classes which is very good and relaxing that anyone can do. Moreover, Nishita is very nice and friendly trainer, so I strongly recommend this place for all.

I absolutely love the Reformer Classes from Nitisha. She puts a lot of thought to the structure of the classes that really challenges not only your body but also your mind. As a seasoned Pilates consumer, I can highly recommend Align Studios Parramatta- a beautiful studio, good energy, clean and well kept equipment.

Very nice and spacious studio layout, the Pilates and boxing classes are great and effective, reasonably priced.Easy street parking is a bonus!

After a fantastic Reformer Pilates session with Align Studios today, I felt so rejuvenated, Nishita is very conscious and attentive. The studio is a very clean and boutique-style fitness studio. Well-organised, the equipment is very clean and the layout is quite relaxing!

I’ve tried many other studios in the west and inner west and Align is a really nice balance of a great space, skilled instruction and a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Nitisha knows her stuff and is a lovely instructor. She takes time to tailor moves in her classes for the clientele, which is great if you’re looking to up your game, working around injury, or even if you’re totally new to reformer.
