Penrith Jewellery Workshop

I wear a medic-alert charm on a gold bracelet. Rarely take it off, so parts wear through & have to be repaired periodically.First time I have used this business to make repairs. All the staff I spoke to were super helpful. My bracelet was repaired & cleaned in 2 days as promised, for a reasonable price.

Extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received during my recent visit to this store. After patiently waiting while the staff recounted their weekend activities, I was eventually able to gain the attention of one of the staff, who basically dismissed my enquiries unless I would commit to making a purchase. Walked about 25 meters down the Plaza to Prouds who were more than happy to assist. I am not sure why the staff at Penrith Jewellery Workshop took issue to me, nor how their business has survived in Penrith when they treat potential customers the way they treat me. Would certainly not recommend or return based on that customer service experience alone.

Rude! I have an expensive ring from here and I asked to get my other finger sized as I no longer need it. She said she could not size my finger IF we wasn't buying from here...even though I bought from here a custom made ring with the PJW stamp!!! She didn't even ask whether I intended to remake this ring. Just looked at me. Don't buy from here. They think I was trash but unfortunately they are just sales assistants. Better to go somewhere else.

Took several rings in for clean and repairs was informed it would be one week and would receive a call. Two weeks later I had not heard from them and had to call to confirm items were ready. When we attended the ring repairs was not of great quality that one expected (still able to see and feel the break in ring band.) Staff member dismissed my questioning the repair. Repaired ring was not cleaned as requested (first place I've had this happen) Only one ring was cleaned with a very poor job done with dirt still visible between claws.

Asked if I could get my finger sized as I lost my engagement ring and was looking for a new one but wasn't sure where I was buying it, was turned down and told if you're not buying anything we won't size your finger sorry" so I now definately won't be buying anything here

Love this place, they keep my jewellery in top condition they are the only place I go to get my jewellery repaired and charms added to my bracelet

Absolutely adore this gem of a Jewellery Store. Shaun and Glenys Nolan are hardworking and jewellery passionate people who will do their best to fulfil the customers wishes, I had a necklace passed down to me from an aunty of a silver ingot on a silver chain and over the past 5 years it got worse for wear, they did an absolutely brilliant repair job and I was able to finally start adding precious stones swell with a beautiful Australian Sapphire! might I add that I had been told by numerous other jewellers from the city to the mountains that the repairs I wanted done and adding the stones 'was not worth it cause its silver' looks amazing, very impressed, will definitely go back 100 gold stars

My now fiancé surprised me with a suprise engagement he had brought the ring from these guys at Penrith. I'd have to say their service to get my engagement ring resized was extremely fast and their customer service was excellent their workmanship is just stunning!! They were so excited to hear about our proposal story when we went into the store to get the ring resized( thanks sto my fat knuckles)A genuine retailer looking after their customers..Can't wait to go back for our wedding bands!
