Great service and products, always found Jacob and his team to be very professional and knowledgeable about their products and services. They have retro fitted my truck with a aftermarket exhaust brake and the quality of work is top notch. These guys will be servicing my truck and industrial air compressor from now on.

Asked about a bad looking weld, I was told it was because the car part was rusty and it was the best he could do. When I asked why I hadn’t been told about the rust or suggested a different option, I was told I was whinging. Really bad customer service, I would never speak to someone as Jacob did to me, completely unprofessional.

My old ute was overheating a bit so I checked for a possible repairer who might look at it for me & saw that Savins Radiators had just reopened after the recent Lismore floods. Their building & workshop was spotless, so they must have put in some very long hours getting it back & operational so quickly. I spoke to a very knowledgeable young bloke called Jacob & after some questions, he gave me a few possible causes for the hot engine. Anyway, even though they were super busy, he booked it in for me a few days later & they had the car for the day. He did a complete check of the cooling system, serviced the radiator, found some blockages & a damaged thermostat. All fixed & now the car is running perfectly & based on my last refuel, its even using less diesel. Cost was quote reasonable, Jac's attitude was professional, knowledgeable & friendly & the workmanship was first class. I'm a very happy customer & would highly recommend this business.

Wouldn't recommend very average service. Had radiator repairs done for the price of a new radiator and didn't make any difference. Ended up buying a new radiator to solve my problem.

service was great however they put a sticker on my car without asking!!! So rude!

Radiator sent here for repair. Needed recore and a few other things. Radiator was cleaned and repaired from what they said. Radiator was returned and put back in vehicle. Literally 100kms later huge leaks. Looked closer and the repair work was horrid. $400.00 for a clean and 'repair'. Came back worse. Avoid.
