Handover from Anita was amazing. She took pictures and was just as excited for me about my new car as I was. She talked me through all the fancy details of my car and even gave her mobile number to contact anytime I had any questions. Really positive experience and happy to recommend to anyone.

Typically, I'm not one to cast a business in a negative light by leaving unfavourable reviews. However, on this occasion, I feel it's necessary to share my experience.I was in the market for a used i30 SR and reached out to a dealership located in Nunawading. Amidst a busy exam season, I took the time to call the dealer in advance, seeking assurance about the car's overall condition - both cosmetically and mechanically. The salesman emphatically confirmed that the car was in great aesthetic shape and had cleared all the essential mechanical inspections, providing a reassuring picture of its quality.With this promising overview, I decided to make the journey to Nunawading to evaluate the car in person.Upon arrival, my first impression of the car drastically deviated from the salesman's account. The bumper bar bore conspicuous scrape marks, evidently from collisions on both sides. The wheels were marred by chipping and scraping, while the door panels were similarly distressed, with chips and scrapes accompanied by rust where paint had been worn away.Further, the car's rear was riddled with scratches, presumably from a pet dog repeatedly jumping in and out. Even the logo was cracked and damaged, likely indicating another point of impact. The car's physical state starkly contrasted with the idealized portrayal provided by the salesman.Regardless of these preliminary observations, I decided to proceed with a test drive, considering I was already there.As soon as the journey commenced, it became apparent there were serious mechanical issues. It seemed there was a problem with the clutch or transmission as the engine revved up, yet only a fraction of the power was effectively being transmitted to the wheels, rendering the car painfully slow.Returning the vehicle to the dealership, I informed the salesman about this apparent malfunction. He took it for a test run and verified that indeed something was amiss. Once back at the dealership, he engaged in a prolonged phone call that lasted at least five minutes. I eventually decided to depart without waiting for him to finish.I'm uncertain if his prolonged phone call was a deliberate stall tactic to avoid confronting the glaring discrepancies between his initial claims about the car's condition and its actual state. Regardless, I feel compelled to issue a warning to potential buyers considering this dealership.I was given firm assurances about the car's quality, complete with mentions of a mechanical inspection. However, the reality was a car in a deplorable state, with mechanical failures. Proceed with caution!

Picked up my new i30 N premium sedan dct in Performance Blue. Anita , Boon and Andrew (sales manager) were all so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable on the car. Handover was a breeze. Highly recommended for purchasing a new Hyundai.

Picked up my new Hyundai Venue 3 weeks ago and the whole experience was pleasant, professional and the team was very friendly. Test drove on Tuesday and picked up the car, registered and window tinted, on Friday! Wow! How is that for efficiency!? Seamless and without a hitch!I love driving me new car so much that I have done over a thousand km in just under 3 weeks!! Thank you to the whole team but especially to Lance and Anita!
