Rasha and the team have been fantastic. I was a little skeptical (and scared) when I booked in for my first session. I’m now 10 sessions of sauna/cryo in and consider it a crucial part of my self care routine. I’ve noticed an improvement in my mood, sleep and HRV since starting therapy. The 3 minutes in the cryo chamber is now a breeze. Take a deep breath and jump in.

Rasha, Iman and estarlia are the most beautiful women at cryocare. I have been regularly attending since researching some evidence that this treatment might help my skin condition. My skin has made a vast improvement and my intention is to always have cryotherapy in my life.Thank you for all youe kindness , support and care.

Rasha is super knowledgeable regarding the treatments she provides. She cares about the clients goals and is vested in providing you with the best outcome. She is very attentive and caring. I am really glad I have found her and her clinic. Recommend for anyone who is serious about self care and optimising their personal health.

The girls at Cryocare took amazing care of me ! I loved their knowledge and treatment suggestions. I also liked that the sauna was infrared and that the cryo was a full chamber so your whole body is inside the chamber. Basically tell them any concern cosmetic or medical and they will have a helpful suggestion to assist with your concerns. I definitely will be back!

I tried Cryotherapy with Rasha and she was amazing. I felt so welcomed and the salon is absolutely gorgeous. I was nervous for the Cryo but Rasha made me feel very comfortable and it made it to -120! I would highly recommend trying out the cryo chamber!

I have been meaning to write this review for some time but time seems to always escape me. I also wanted to wait to do a review until after I had visited Cryocare numerous times. Rasha has created an incredibly relaxing, caring, stress and judgment free space! I rarely review businesses but my experience with Rasha and Cryocare have been absolute AMAZING!! Kind, accomodating and caring is 3 ways I'd sum up my experiences with Cryocare. If you haven't been, I highly recommend it! I hope to have some spare time soon and back at Cryocare for some much needed relaxation!

Absolutely love this facility. Rasha and her team are so professional - they made sure I had such an incredible experience. I have had multiple services there including the sauna and cryo chamber (they knew I was claustrophobic and helped me ease into it so if you’re worried about trying something new they’ve got you!!) love this spa. Will definitely go back!

I just had a great experience with cryotherapy! It's a great way to reduce inflammation and soreness, and it also helps with muscle recovery. I felt energized and invigorated afterwards.
