My partner organised a pregnancy massage for me two weeks in advance as a birthday gift. He got a text message the week before to confirm that it was all booked in. Upon arrival today the practitioners seemed very confused and clueless about the appointment. They said the masseuse capable of giving the pregnancy massage was on their way and would arrive shortly. Fifteen minutes later we are put on the phone with this practitioner who said she can't make it and we need to reschedule as she has forgotten about the booking. It is never ideal to be at the receiving end of such unprofessionalism but if the practice drops the ball on patients who are pregnant that's a major red flag, especially confirming a booking then telling them on arrival they can't be serviced. The inability of any of the practitioners to communicate effectively only compounded the situation and they were unable to offer any resolution, as the owner is apparently overseas. Really disappointing.
