Hotel Cavalier

Room was clean, friendly staff and fairly priced. I don’t need the Hilton hotel as I only stay there when working in the eastern suburbs. Only issue was the barking dog in the apartment block next door, hopefully the dog is not there next time I go back.

Worst place to stay. Booked a family room RM 25. Noticed bed bug on the couch and bed in the morning. Terrible night. The next day rash all over hand, face and neck for friend and myself. I made a complaint at reception and was expecting a courtesy call from Manager, which never happened. I took 5 days off because of bed bug bite rashes. Definitely would not recommend it.

Good motel, clean room, go amenities. Nice pool for the kids. Snacks available for purchase at front desk.

Great location and great pricing, however with cheap pricing comes very tired looking accommodation. Friendly and accommodating staff. Our room was upstairs which is not good for people with knee issues. The stairwell stairs where not straight and felt weird walking up. The room was a decent size with a hard bed. If you are looking for a comfortable bed, this is not for you. I considered finding new accommodation but figured I only had a few more days, so stayed. The shower went hot and cold and wasn't a consistent temperature. The walls are paper thin so we could hear talking and coughing from both sides of our room. Could hear when others were showering or flushing the toilet. Our aircon made a rattle noise when on and when turning off took forever to stop making a noise. Sometimes cheap accommodation is not worth it when it comes to certain comforts. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

This motel was basic and decoratively needs some work. But it has everything you need. The staff are amazing. They bent over backwards for our group booking, which we changed 7 times. And all so very honest and hard working. Had problems with a shower...that was fixed..I accidentally locked my bathroom door but had to go out. Whilst put, had a call to say it was open. Accidentally left clothes in wardrobe, they rang me, posting my items back to me. So very honest and hard working. Great location near Knox Shopping Centre.

Is good place to stay room's at a very fair price and really close to Westfield Knox shopping centre and public transport

Very nice hotel, very friendly staff, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. Will be staying for longer.
