My partner and I are due for our first child soon and we must resemble a pair of deer in head lights! The guys at baby bunting from the staff inside the store to the warehouse guys have gone above and beyond to help us every time we come in. My partner and I are very grateful for their kindness and how friendly everyone who works there is :) so happy you guys are our local now and we will be seeing a lot more of you!

Been here twice in 3 months. Service seems money hungry both times and that's before even talking about the downhill changes to the loyalty program. Staff aren't interested, and aren't helpful anymore. It's the last time I am bothering with baby bunting in North Lakes.

Not sure why your staff would ask questions and then talk over the customer as they respond. It is rude and unprofessional, especially when it occurs multiple times during a conversation.
