Panache Flowers

Wonderful flowers made with imagination, flare and importantly love. Always fresh and so often the receivers use Panache if they are not already a customer as most discerning residents and businesses of Hawthorn are. Panache have done two weddings, 4 funerals for us and a variety of other functions at our home and always the flowers have been spectacular. Highly recommended albeit my advice is to order early as the popularity of Panache means they become extremely busy close to all major events like Valentines Day, Xmas, etc. More of the innovative same please Panache!

Fabulous web site and great follow up over-the-phone service! I was able to describe the colours and ambiance of the room that needed flowers, and after a quick discussion the most beautiful bouquet arrived, designed just for our needs. Panache were very keen to get the colours, style and even delivery details perfectly right. Highly recommend these friendly, creative and intuitive flower artists.

Paid over $200. (Also 10 roses in a bunch, not 12?) Not fresh clearly. Delivered the day AFTER they were supposed to be. They called while I was at work and I said I wouldn’t be home all day, can they take them back and I’ll pick up from the store so they don’t get stolen. Ignored my request and left them at my door. Disappointed to say the least. Also found the guy on the phone to be rude.

Thank you Panache Flowers for my beautiful birthday arrangements! The staff were very helpful in creating designs that suited my other decorations. The flowers were stunning, would definitely recommend for any occasion.

Panache has delivered two special deliveries for me. The first was a magnificent large pedestal arrangement for a 50th birthday. The second was a 'welcome home' bouquet for a patient who was hospitalised for months. Both deliveries were exceptionally beautiful and much appreciated by the recipients. Fabulous online service delivering exactly as the photos depicted on the website. Highly recommended!

I received a bunch of white roses from Panache, sent by my parents, when my son was born. The photo on the right shows the condition they were in when they arrived, the photo on the right shows them two days later. It was clear when they arrived that they weren't fresh. My Mum contacted them to query this and make a complaint about the freshness of the flowers, and the fact that she had ordered 12, but only 11 arrived. The person who dealt with the complaint offered to refund for the missing flower but was very rude about the quality of the flowers. She was told that she needs help." I received a plant as a gift. The plant was nice but it was planted in a decorative pot with no drainage holes. This means I will have to buy a pot to repot it into so there is drainage. If left in ceramic pot with no holes it will get root rot and die. You would think the seller would want the plant they sold to last more then a few weeks. If I was not knowledgeable about plants I would not have known it needs drainage.The sender questioned this and the owner gave an unsatisfactory response and offered no solution. One would think a florist would know that pot plants need drainage or that they would care about customer satisfaction.Very disappointed at the outcome and the fact I now have to spend money to keep the plant alive. The seller would be better off leaving plants in nursey posts and wrapping with jute or fancy paper. Another option is to make sure the decorative pots are a size bigger then the nursey pot.Unfortunately with the lack of customer care and service I would not recommend this place.

We ordered some flowers for my mums birthday and were delighted with what could only be described as an upgrade. They were super and mum loved them, lovely service and lovely people to deal with.

Amazing customer service and stunning arrangements. Have placed a few orders for my company and the feedback was very positive. Also received flowers from them as a gift and they lasted me weeks, I was impressed with the quality. Given the service and quality we are thinking to set up a corporate account to keep fresh flowers around the office. Will definitely keep ordering and recommending from Panache Flowers.
