Absolutely excellent advice,help,and the very friendly service makes it a pleasure to deal with these chaps . I love my wicked edge sharpening system I recently got.So simple to use and It makes my knives so sharp and they stay sharp!Also the customer service was great! The team answered any and all questions I had and are very knowledgeable.I will definitely be buying from them again and recommending them to all my friends and family!

I've purchased from Zanvak twice. Both times, the processing of the order and postage was exceptionally fast. This order was the 1500/2200 diamond plates wet for the Wicked Edge system. If I remember correctly, I had the stones in my hands on the 3rd day from placing the order through the website.Honeatly, I can't recommend them enough. Everything they sell is high quality, and their customer service is fantastic.

Recently purchased and Jende Jigs 2.0 pro performance package from the team at Zanvak. Customer service with these guys is top notch.I discovered a fault with the kit upon assembly. I contacted the team and was in contact with co-owner Russell in no time at all. Russell sent out a replacement part free of charge that had me up and running in less than a week from when I received my order originally.I commend the team on their service and highly recommend that you trust the Zanvak team with your sharpening needs.

Russell from Zanvak was very helpful to an old guy wanting to try his hand at sharpening. With his help I selected a Hapstone R2 sharpening system with a set of Edge Pro diamond matrix stones. The whole process of browsing their very comprehensive website, obtaining advice, purchasing and shipping to New Zealand was very easy.The kit arrived yesterday in perfect condition and I am looking forward to sharpening my first knife.

I wanted to seek some advice on products - I rang, they were busy and I hung up. BUT I got onto the online chat which served the purpose, chatted online to resolve my questions. shortly after the chat I received a personal call back to check all was sorted out and if there was any other questions. --- I have to say that style of customer service is unique and very impressive. My order arrives today (if Aust Post does their bit) EXCELLENT. I'll recommend ZANVAK to anyone who needs even remotely similar needed items.
