Quality carpet and quality service. Jessie at South Sydney FlooringXtra helped us choose the right carpet for the common areas of our building. Wow, great service and quality carpet at a very good price. The whole process was very easy, Dianna was so accommodating, coming twice to show carpet samples, installers were lovely and did a great job, quick, clean and efficient. I'll be keeping South Sydney Flooring Xtra's details for next time. So happy, I can't recommend this company enough.

Danielle and the team at South Sydney Flooring Xtra very kindly and patiently talked us through the options for our strata apartment and were very forthcoming with assistance throughout the approval and installation process.We had a tight deadline to work with but everything came together efficiently and while we weren't on site for the installation we got updates as requested.We are very happy with the hybrid floors which have really refreshed the place and look amazing!! Looking forward to see how they stand up to time.

Their customer service was the reason that we decided to go with SS Flooring Xtra to change carpet for laminate in our unit. We were delighted by the quality of the laminate and the variety of the colours available in the store. The quote was always clear and Danielle assisted us always promptly and efficiently with any query we had. They were also very understanding in the delay when we had to wait for the approval from strata. The installation was quick, and the apartment looks now awesome :)

We got the great escape carpet installed in 2 bedrooms, the service was great, they were communicative throughout the entire process and lightning quick with their installation. It was great value and i'd choose their services again.

it’s been taken me about 6 months to organise in between insurance and their agent to have the carpet replaced since the rain storm back in March 2022. The team from South Sydney Flooring Xtra were amazing - we recently used them to replace our carpet in our real estate office over the October long weekend. Not only did they work around our existing furniture and computer cabling but they finished the job in one day! Carpet layer Made and his team were so professional and made the process seamless.
