Overall a good setup, only short of excellent because they won't help with extra cables, it's either vending machine or drive to the shops...

Whilst the facilities are great their ticketing system is so cumbersome to work with. So hard for them to look up tickets etc.Edit: NEXTDC do seem genuinely committed to creating a better experience for their customers at their facilities which is great and well worth noting.

Yes you can do, I am existing customer and we have almost 6-7 racks in Hall 2 and Hall 3. The front light on the roof is not working in hall3 and I told your staff multiple time but no luck. I am not sure about the current status.

The facility is great, but process wonkery abounds. Not the good type that keeps your pretty kit safe, but the bad type that calls for the same paperwork over and over without something stopping to say something has gone wrong here - I'm going to step in and fix the process"."
