this florist was recently rebranded from ‘Blooms of Gladstone Park’ to‘Annabella K. Florist’ and it is still stunning.The customer service is top notch and the flowers and gift baskets are absolutely worthy of a five star rating. Beautiful glass domes and stuffed bears also. I highly recommend.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ruined my whole event, an hour late delivery!The owner was very rude, as well as her employees when i received the delivery i called to express my concerns and told the employee how frustrating this is because we are late to our event, the flowers are not what we asked for the employee laughed at me over the phone. I had to go 3 times to their store to resolve the issue!Didnt get the flowers i wanted colours were completely different i asked for light pinks and got yellow, purple and red. More importantly i provided a photo of what i wanted and i paid for what i was expecting to be a large bouquet but what i got was less then half the size.Horrible customer service, the owner was not willing to understand my concerns

Unfortunately my experience of Bloom wasnt a good one. They failed to deliver flowers organised a week ago without any explanation. Their professionalism and customer service with their apology was badly adressed. You could see they didnt really care 0/10 for me.

They have a large range of beautiful fresh flowers at great prices. Their arrangements are stunning and they make them to order, as well as having lots of new baby gifts and hampers, and other gift ideas.All the staff are really friendly and happy to help choose those special flowers or gift. They are near the medical centre and Aldi entrance.I can highly recommend them.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. Do not buy anything from here especially if it’s for your wedding. The flowers are horrible both in their quality and how they are arranged. I ordered a buttonhole and my wedding bouquet from here. It was nothing like I ordered and the flowers were old and brown. I picked it up a day before so when I saw it and was clearly disappointed with the flowers, I asked if they could rearrange it as there was still time before the next day as I had come to pick it up at 12 noon. They said the lady who arranges it has gone home and there’s nothing they can do about it. I had paid extra for baby’s breaths and they didn’t even use it in the bouquet. I asked for a refund for this and they said they don’t do refunds. What a joke. They didn’t use the colours I asked for specifically requesting pastel light pink not baby pink. Now I’m left to rearrange them myself which is not what I should be doing the day before my wedding for a service I paid someone else to do. Thanks for reading my rant. Had to get it off my chest. This is my first review. I usually never write reviews but I don’t want others to be disappointed if they are thinking about ordering their flowers locally from here for their wedding.

Ordered flowers twice in two weeks. Sympathy flowers and then Mother's Day flowers for my daughter in law. Beautiful sympathy flowers. Arrived on time and were very much appreciated. Told them what I wanted in a box for the Mothers Day flowers and to deliver today Saturday which they did. They did a lovely arrangement. Very happy.Lilli

Very disappointed with the service. My sister's wedding bouquet was nothing like how she wanted it (including colour). Didn't have the flowers she had requested even though it was available in store. When she asked about it, they gave her the flowers to add onto her bouquet herself! When she asked for her refund it was rejected. What is she paying for exactly if she making her own flowers? The men's buttonhole flower was dry and brown? It makes me question the intentions behind the service. Surely when someone is making flowers for someone special day you would check for OBVIOUS imperfections. When confronted there was zero compassion and lack of concern and she was extremely rude and blunt. I highly recommend people to avoid this florist if you want to save yourself the disappointment.I wanted to support local business but very regretful.
