Just spoke to salesperson John, over the phone, with a query about buying nearly $1000 worth of stock. He spoke very rudely to me & was not forthcoming with help. I actually had to say to him, would you mind answering a couple more questions, without being sharp with me. I will be spending my $1000 in another Bonds store where I am treated nicely.

Fabulous service by both staff in store today! Got helpful advice over phone twice before getting multiple products and a big discount they worked out (they were happy to price-match the online store but turned out to be cheaper than online eventually) ♥

Well first did some shipping online from bonds which needed to be refunded.I went to the store and I was advised that I can not refund in store and I have to do it through online.What’s the point of having a store if I can’t do refunds?No wonder no customer was inside the store as it’s hugely disappointingThe staff is complete useless and would be better if they stopped chatting with each other and tried to rectify the problem

Awesome customer service. Great job! It was wonderful to be acknowledged the moment I walked into the store. Very inviting and friendly staff. Makes a big difference feeling valued as a customer. I was looking for the baby range and they happily directed me to the Bonds baby store downstairs.
