Such a warm family base and also professional Karate training dojo. The unique training area have all the karate characters. People here are very nice, and welcoming. Good energy area. We have all our little family training. Very happy.

Our whole family does karate and we all love it!! Shiryodo is like our second home and our extended family. Everyone is very supportive, encouraging and inclusive. My kids have made amazing gains not only with physical skills, but self confidence also. Highly recommend Shihan Malcolm and his team at Shiryodo.

The instructors are extremely welcoming, my son loved it from day one and has now been there 14 weeks. Learn lots of different techniques from black belt instructors. Well worth it.

I and my son have been coming to Shiryodo since May 2022, and we are really reaping the benefits - Malcolm and the other instructors are very supportive and it is a great family learning environment for all ages. Do you self a favour and try it out!

My 5 year old goes here and it has been great for her confidence. My 2 year old is practically counting down the days until he can start. Highly recommend for anyone kids or adults.

What an electric energy this place has created and a strong community spirit to boot. There is a beautiful sense of belonging for my young daughter where adults in this community demonstrate leadership by showing children compassion, patience and strength. Children naturally begin to mirror this behaviour and develop sense of respect for self and others.

The head coach is both knowledgeable and friendly. I find karate training both fun and challenging. I’m fitter and definitely more confident. I enjoy the training. I will encourage anyone to try Karate.
