As a manager with the experience as a Nominated Supervisor for only 1.5years, Robert has observed my development from the very beginning. From day one of the opening of our service, he has been setting up a great support and mentor system to myself and all my educators.In his informative workshops, he gave deeper insight of the Early Years Learning Framework, Principles and Practices as well as the National Quality Standards. His training sessions offer open and non-judgmental conversations between educators in order to exchange knowledge and cooperatively solve any occurring difficulties an educator may have when caring for young children. His passion, enthusiasm and care for all children and educators is making him a great mentor and role model.In his visits to all services, he shows great guidance in implementing high quality standards within the service. He has built reciprocal and trustworthy relationships with all my educators, that enhance honest conversations. This is crucial when working with people from different cultural backgrounds as well as being able to improve their skill set.Furthermore, being able to contact him over the phone or email at any time, is incredibly helpful.

We have had 4 sessions to date with Robert and I can say that he has been by far the best form of training we have had across our services. Robert’s style is relaxed yet informative, with an uncanny ability to make us laugh then cry then laugh some more. Feedback from the team has ranged from ‘I love that he doesn’t talk down on us while he’s teaching us’ to ‘I can’t believe we’ve never though of [insert topic here] in this light before!’Robert has also been instrumental in helping our new leadership team understand and support each other, while understanding and supporting their own teams.Robert’s vast knowledge and his ability to simplify even the most complex of topics has made him an absolute must for training at all levels at Bridge St Kids, and we will continue to use his services to support the growth and development of our leaders and our teams. Rob is the most amazing support to our service!! His personality is absolutely contagious… It makes all the educators want to learn! Rob’s knowledge is insane, he knows quite literally everything. I have done many trainings and information nights with him - every time I leave, I feel like he has filled my cup up with knowledge and wisdom! Rob has personally elevated myself as an educational leader. He has provided me with all the tools to succeed! If it wasn’t for Rob I definitely would not be where I am today!
