Absolutely worst service!Phoned 8 times to cancel a water cooler unit which was 7 months ago.Cancelled another unit in January which they have not collected as yet and we are still being charged rent.

our unit has been out of service for 3 months. Managed to get 2 techs out who 'fixed' it but as soon as they left it broke again. Left messages, got 2 tickets outstanding and nobody contacts me. And they take their money. They used to be good but they're awful now.

Our company paid over $5000 for only 3 services on a water cooler/filter that is more than 10 years old. This company has charged us to service and change filters of our water cooler. They have done only 3 services and filter change over the past 9 years and have charged us over $5000 (last filter was changed 2 years ago). We complained to Waterlogic. We were advised by Waterlogic to email them to cancel the service, which we did months ago. Yet they continue sending invoices month after month. They have not responded to many emails we send them regarding this matter. I would not recommend dealing with this company. A water cooler can be bought for less than $1000, why spent $600 a year for a service and a filter change that is not performed. Keep track of the services. Require a signature every time they service/change filters. Also make sure you observe that the service is performed and old filter is changed.

One star only for the legend that installed and removed our unit. We had it two years. Our business was forced to close due to the pandemic and these guys cancelled the contract only after they sent us a bill for over $1000 to see out the contract. Even after we requested collection it took 3 months to get them out to collect the unit by that time the premises was let out to a new tenant. I’d never use them again. We’re still receiving monthly invoices.

I had a bad experience with WaterLogic and would not recommend them or their services under any circumstances. I would urge anyone else to steer clear. My business was sold and 9 months later I was contacted out of the blue by debt collectors asking for a hefty cancellation fee because the new owner did not transfer into his name (I was told he did). Waterlogic did not have any communication with me until this point (had my number all along and never rang) which was a rude surprise to say the least. We did end up coming to an agreement and it was sorted out only because I was willing to let them hit my pocket for a discount" and for that I'm not impressed. Even when I did have the business the physical unit leaked under the bench multiple times and needed way too much servicing for a simple water filter and chiller. Not at all happy with the service of Waterlogic.One of my cartridges broke and flooded my house 12 days ago.I called the urgent call number which was to message bank. It was a Saturday. Got a call back from Howard telling me that my job has been prioritised. 12 days on I am still waiting. HVe emailed 3 or 4 times and am not even getting a reply.Very bad customer service.Just want my water back on.

Called one month earlier to cancel and to organise removal of dispenser as changing locations. Was told it would be sorted. The next month, got another Invoice as if nothing had ever transpired. Called again and was assured that accounts would be settled in the nxt month and they would categorise the job to pick up the dispenser as. ‘Urgent’. Next month got another invoice as per usual. Whoever is running this company better step up their game because it’s leaving I’m sure many dissatisfied customers with their gross apathy!!

We use waterlogic for our filters at work, we always get a great service from the team and they always attend to our breakdowns within a day or so. Would highly recommend them for your hot and cold drinks dispensers.

Be very careful before signing up with Waterlogic. We entered into a 3 year agreement with Waterlogic to supply our 50+ staff. The cooler did not meet my expectations - very slow flow, the water would run out and the cold water nozzle needed 2 hands to make it work. It wasn't until the second year I found out they had supplied a much smaller capacity unit and not the unit that was on our agreement. As there were no model numbers on the unit, it was not obvious we had the wrong unit.I requested they remove it and they responded with various proposals that included another 3 year agreement. They also had the cheek to ask for a removal fee AND and an early exit fee. I had since found many more local, reputable and reasonably priced suppliers so rejected all their many offers. When they finally removed the unit, they didn't let us know they were coming as requested. This meant the transition wasn't coordinated and we were without filtered water till the new unit was installed. They also disconnected the unit in such a way as to make it more difficult for the new installation. I would use either Freshwater Filtration Systems or West Coast Water Filter Man - local, Australian owned, reasonably priced and good honest service.

Dealing with Michael at Waterlogic has been an absolute pleasure. Right from getting filters changed to getting a brand new machine into the lobby of the hotel, has been a breeze. Very timely with his emails and follow ups. The contract has been renewed for another year with Waterlogic.
